Hi Everyone,
No chance to catch up (again) hugs, congratulations etc all round.
DD went to the childminder today - she's going one day a week until she starts playgroup next year (must ring and organise!).
She did really well, it's the same one she went to in August, she was straight in no messing. Absolutely exhausted tonight but I think she got overtired as it took over half an hour for her to settle.
Oh, I think her development check was a week early as she's started spouting all kinds of words/sentances in the last few days and they're getting clearer by the day.

Me neither - I live in a small town at the end of nowhere - one road in and one road out:rolleyes:
Good luck with the ebaying bailey - maybe everyones waiting till last minute to bid - thats what I do.
Having some real problems with how I feel about others watching Ruby now she is so fast and runs everywhere - starting to feel really panicky that they dont watch her properly when shes out and running about also shes such a climber. Have spoke to my dad about this as he takes her to the park and I said its too dangerous for her to climb and he couldnt keep up with her and when shes out and about he must put her reins on as he wouldnt catch herwhen really all I want to do is say no one can look after her ( or keep her in the house) which I know is really irrational but cant help thinking all the time that something bad will happen. Oh thinks im being paranoid does anyone else have this problem?

I thought of a question (anyone shocked?!!) - What ages are babies meant to have checks? I know they have a 6/7 weeek check, but then what happens after that? I thought there was a 9 month one, or maybe an 8 month one, have I got it wrong? I've not heard anything from the surgery. I suppose I should call them and ask really, but they're not open and I will forget in the morning!
