I was being so good on my diet but since last month have not really stuck to it and although havnt lost much I havnt put any on which is great for me cos im such a yo yo dieter. Am firmly back on track now ready for chrimbo:j19.6.10 Weight loss 6lb0 -
i dont know but i'm not complaining!! i'm doing slim fast still, shake for breakfast and lunch and then a healthy dinner, followed by cake, and drinking plenty of water/sugar free juice so i dont get hungry, plus i have got a lot to lose so its still coming off easy... for now anyway!!

ive been really bad and my weight as slowly gained i went from 10st 7-9lbs to 10st 12-13lbs ... not happy so tryng to be good again xStill searching .....:)
