MM do you have someone to fit the carpets coz that will be expensive if you don't? Or can I suggest carpet tiles, not sure on price or suitability but if she spills/stains one it is easily changed you could go for 2 tone and they are easier laid than carpet!!!!Everyone is entitled to their opinionEllie 25/12/070

Our carpets were all £30-40 per room to fit. The fitters are self-employed but get their work via that carpet shop. We have the guy's number to fit Rhys' carpet when we get round to it, and he'll charge us £25 cos it's an easy 9ft sq room (the carpet is the one we took up from our room cos we only bought it 18mths ago but then changed the shape of the room because of the new bay).0 -
Elle sorry I never commented on baby signing, I think it would be a good idea for you, I never took El I thought about it but decided against it. I taught her some myself. I always did fancy doing it, but even more so now for Rhys OH was deaf until he was 7 (serious ear infections, I think) and says he wishes he'd known sign language of sorts to help him. 0 -
