can he lay flat in the pram?? Otherwise, a drawer which is well padded would be another option !!
(obviously take the drawer out and place on the floor first :p)

Where would I put in details of being a SAHM? And what is my reason for wanting to work for them? I think putting "Im skint and need the dough" wouldnt work in my favour :p

Yes put all the skills that people have listed as a SAHM.

Also do a little research on the hotel and use any information you can find in your answer, so they know you've researched them. Suppose they had an award for hospitality, you could look up the standards for getting the award. Then say something like you noticed they had xxx award and you have x,y and z skills which would fit in with their standards.

Been a lovely day here. Charlotte wanted to climb a mountain, so we took her to Penshaw hill and climbed up to the monument. Bob went too and there were no sheep around so he had a good run off the lead. Got a tired girl and a tired dog now :D

Elle, glad the meds are working after such a short time.

Caz, great news about the house, glad the kids like it as thats half the worry. Hope Charlie settles at nursery for you.

Weezl, thinking of you. Im sure you'll think of some way to manage and im sure you would agree it will all be worth it in the end. Hope you think of something.

Feelie, its not that i just lurk, but it seems to take me a while to catch up and by the time i have, i seem to have to go off again!!

Well my mum has Rose for the night. She hasnt been herself today. Ive never mentioned it before but she doesnt really cry. I always wondered whether it was because she was a premmie and thought when she got to full term, she would all of a sudden start but she's so good and such a happy baby....well today she has deffinately found her voice! im sure its a pain somewhere as her legs keep straightening with some force and then drawn to her tum. Gripe water normally settles her if she has wind and it doesnt seem as tho it is but she's been off all day. So my mum has taken her...is very strange sat here without her.

She went swimming yesterday and loved it. We tried her first on holiday but this was the first time she has been swimming at home. She went with daddy and her uncle and was no bother and was splashing away!!

Also, trying to plan visits to family - have a small hatchback and struggling to work out how to fit it all in car! Any reason why Jack couldn't sleep in Pram for 3 nights?!

full of questions tonight aren't I!!

Caz's charlie once ingeniously stayed in the suitcase :) I think the travel cot wouldn't fit in the caravan...

Could that be an option? Our pram doesn't fully recline, so I'm probably thinking of the wrong thing, perhaps you have a super-duper one! :)

edit: PS if it's family, can you take less clothes, muslins etc, and just run a wash while you're there? xxx

Ah ha - would be better to get the new one then!

Urgh - it would be my brother's smelly sock drawer :rotfl:

    Seriosuly, that's a good idea!

    As is the suitcase!

I would have him in with me but OH and I share my bro's double bed and I don't trust OH so co-sleeping not an option.

Yes staying with family but Pram alone takes up most of boot so plenty of room for clothes and other bits but not moses basket or carrycot (not got travel cot yet)

Pram does indeed lie flat - it is the Silver Cross 3D Jet Sport. So I guess it would be OK, I would rather he was off the floor as my mum has a dog who is good as gold but I do worry :o

    Glam,

If you just took a couple of milton tablets (very small), you could just ask to borrow a washing up bowl or bucket and sterilise in that? Our steriliser took up precious space!

Don't forget the footwell directly behind his seat....

I had a taste of some milk the other day, as I thought it was off. Throwing up confirmed that! Thought I'd taste some fresh stuff today and that isn't particularly nice.
It's gross. I don't know how Alice can drink it.

carried on the cooking and baking theme from yesterday - cake cooling on teh racka nd I want to try some bread next, but LO been grouchy all day, so having 1/2 hour to myself before she wakes up.
I've been cooking and baking too. I've made blackberry sourdough muffins, bread, plum jam (first time I've ever made jam) and have set some yoghurt going. The kitchen looks like a bomb hit it.

As long as it lies flat I can't see any problem. We used the pram when we went camping with Alice for a week at three months and when we visited OH's parents for a few days at six months.

I'll have to add that to my list of things to do. Alice has never been and I don't think OH has either.
