    Hello :)

Been lurking as not much to say...

Think I've been feeling down about the maternity pay thingie :( Been trying to phone HR for nearly a fortnight but it goes to voicemail. Have emailed asking when will be convenient for me to ring...

having asked dh to be around in the late afternoons up til now cos I thought first trimester would be worst, he's back to full days and I puked for the first time today and had a migraine! D'oh, I thought I'd planned it really well! But you can't with these things can you eh?

Hope you're all ok. Lovely pics mm :)

    Love to all,

    Weezl x

    *hugs* weezl :(
  • weezl, I know it may not be the most ethical of approaches, but if it is stressing you, you can return to work on sick leave to have sick pay to be used to calculate your mat pay ... a lot of people I know have done this, but it is a conscience thing

Thanks mm, I think even if my conscience would let me, the rules about giving notice of my return wouldn't! Sadly the first pay packet to be considered as qualifying earnings arrives in 2 days with nowt in it, and I'd need to have given notice of my early return before I knew I was PG to be back being paid in time :rotfl:. Sad but true.

At least there was nothing I could have done differently :o

anyone know the difference between the 2 bottle warmers at the bottom of this page?

    http://www.tommeetippee.co.uk/department/closer_to_nature/

both same price but one says new!

I've got the TT CTN 150ml bottles and will be progessing to the 260ml ones eventually.

Also, trying to plan visits to family - have a small hatchback and struggling to work out how to fit it all in car! Any reason why Jack couldn't sleep in Pram for 3 nights?!

full of questions tonight aren't I!!
