Sorry if I sounded off then.. I'm just a bit down and distant tonight - couldn't remember if I'd said if there was something specifically wrong with him earlier :o

He's fine now ta. Back to all smiles and "chatty" when he wants to be :) Can't quite figure out what's going on what his feeding and sleeping - when I said earlier he was having three hourly feeds, I meant he didn't normally fit into such a pattern, it's usually every two to two and a half hours but no predicting it. He's slept for six hours, fed, then slept for another three to four for the last few nights which has thrown me because I didn't see it coming, so also then I don't know if it's going to last or not - daren't hope it will then be disappointed! :o

    No worries ;)

He's keeping u on ur toes - Jack is generally every 3-4hrs but always 4 at night. am hoping he'll wake at 1.30am for next feed otherwise I've stayed up for nothing.

am fed up of people saying to sleep when he does - i cant sleep during the day & dont see the point of goin to bed at 11pm to be woken up 2.5hrs later.

he's stirring abit now so we should be OK :j

had a banging headache earlier & my wrist is so sore - got oh to ask his physio mate about it & he said I have to rest my left arm :rotfl:yea right!!

I can hear Rhys just waking up now too - he's been sleeping on OH's shoulder in the dark computer room for about three hours so it must be time for more milk!

I've never been able to sleep when it's just me and Rhys in the house - I only nap once OH gets home and takes over. The other thing with Rhys' new sleep pattern is that he's not sleeping much during the day - will fall asleep on my shoulder but then wakes up when I put him down, so I can neither fall asleep myself nor get anything done! Grrr... :(

I used to be able to pick Rhys up with one hand but he's too big now.. never thought I'd think he was TOO big for anything! :o That said, I sorted his clothes out earlier and have got a massive bag of things to ebay that he's grown out of already

Right, best go make up the bottle and meds before he screams in OH's ear.. only so many times you can put the dummy back in! ;)

Im having this problem and its driving me nuts! I ended up cooking a curry, browning the mince for SC, trying to cook rice all one handed cos Jack wouldn't let me put him down. No wonder my wrist is so sore - it's having to support 8lb 9oz of pure chunk

Jack loves sleeping on my chest or OH's chest - OH was worried he might get zip print on his face so I was telling him about Rhys' heart shaped print :rotfl:

Krystal - glad u had a good time!

But he's still only tiny glam, in a few weeks he'll be a lot better at tollerating sitting in his chair a while or lying on the mat... At the moment he's probably still a little bewildered and wondering where all the amniotic fluid went...

Ah, Rhys always has marks down the side of his face from whatever I'm wearing or the creases in the muslin if I've had the foresight to put one in place before he drools down me.. such a lovely child! :p

With a bit of luck, Rhys will be 8lb 9oz tomorrow! :D Need to wangle getting him weighed when we go for bloods. 1030am appointment, not so bad :)

I agree, glad you had a good time Krystal! Very jealous, I didn't realise MM was on tour again until I heard a comp on the radio earlier to win tickets for next weekend in Sheffield (I think). PS Why don't babies come with timetables for these phases?! :p
