    13wks now. X

Question for anyone, due to all the stress this last week my milk seemed no good whatsoever and I got really sore nipples, yesterday in desperation I stopped and gave bottles, apart from feeling terribly guilty she is bringing milk back up after each feed which she didn't when I fed her. Am I overfeeding, do BF babies do that anyway, if I wasn't so sore I am so tempted to put her back on me! I'm in such a muddle and am telling everyone here that all is fine when I'm far from fine!!!

    Yay for DD Tara!!!

About the boobie/nipples/sicks, Amber is more likely to be sick after a formula feed, she has only once been sick after a boobie feed.

tbh, I wouldn't worry about a little bit of sick if she is well. Hope the nips get better soon, are they cracked or just sore? (yes, I am asking about someone elses nipples, I can honestly say I've never done that before)

    Part 7!!!!

I go away for 2 weeks and you lot fill another chapter!!

Just a pit stop tonight as I'm packing for our weekend away now!!

We had a lovely time in Devon we were really lucky with the weather.

DD's swimming has just improved so much that she now initates swimming between us and diving under! She also loved the water slides.

We did get a few looks the first week as she has a huge bruise on her chin where she'd cracked in on the water slide step the first day! coupled with a black eye from falling out of bed and catching it on the bedside table!

I was a very bad mummy and took DD to about three different places with farm animals!! Just made sure fingers stayed out of mouth and were throughly washed.

We actually visited the Devon farm mentioned on the news, I can't see what more they could have done, as there were handwashing facilites everywhere with signs and it was also mentioned before during and after the tractor train ride feeding the deer and lamas.

I'll post some pictures when I get back on Tuesday.

DD has her 2 1/2 year check next week too, but looking at the questionnaire they've sent there shouldn't be any issues.

Thanks for the highchair help, some great ideas. I'll ask OH what he thinks. Glad I'm not the only one who is a lap eater!

Yay for your DD Tara! How are you feeling? How big are the bottles? A BF baby wouldn't take more than 3-4oz from a breastfeed, so more might just come back up. Are you expressing afew drops onto your nipple? WWhat makes you worry about your milk?

Welcome back Hedgehog, yay for a good weight and a good sleeping baby.

Tia - Have you ordered pump?

Tigs - how did it go today? Did you get another attempt with the nice nurse?

Sami - when is OH home?

Susan - I like how you think, you seem to parent just how I'd like.

Weezl - how are you? Is OH a bit more rested, and found the balance between helping and overdoing it?

MFD - LO cries qhen I turn my back on him :( Hope it doesn't last too long. Shame youposted that bottle, I'd have had it! (joke!)

Jakesmummy - such a cute photo, what a lovely smile!

Mooki - hope you feel better soon.

Sugar - milky smiles are wonderful aren't they.

Elle - I don't have a tray, as I don't use the bumbo much. It makes LO throw up! Does Philli count as a soft cheese? I wouldn't give it to LO.

Rmac - just read about cookery class, I'm angry/gutted for you, how awful.

Bruno - how is sleep? And Mum/OH conflict?

Button - you okay aftr nasty kids? Whats your plan with the smoking? Have you thought about inhalator, nasal spray or microtab?

AM - hope puppy works out. You come up with a name? When is internal?

EM - eBay addict here too, although not as bad as my Mum who buys so many things for Toby!

    3 - ((hugs)) about nurseries.

Sparkle - hope you have an okay night after the jabs

MM - I have nothing useful to say/ask you, so will just give you ((hugs)) cos I think you are great

Glam - I can't believe how fast it goes, I have an almost 6 month old!!

MDW - welcome back and see you again soon!

SM - glad you had a nice day.

Random thing, who had the biggest baby?

Feely, I did order it today. Hoping it arrives soon, I'm so excited! The mini electric and swing worked ok when used at the same time, but the swing just wasn't powerful enough, hoping this one is. Then I will be leaving reviews everywhere for it because I couldn't find any!

Really want to be able to express more than 1oz at a time, it takes 4oz to fill her.

oh... suddenly I feel really really sick
