Anyone with an ipod touch or iphone, there is an app called "Christmas shopping list" its a 59p one but looks good it has your list of people with a budget and list of gift ideas/what you've bought and you can tick off that ur finished shopping for each person etc to avoid that 'have I already got it' moment when out n about :D

Sorry I started reading from my last post but there are far too many posts to read!

I'm doing ok today, feeling sick still so thinking maybe I have a bug????????
Ry-Ry- weighs 18lb 4oz, still on the 75th centile, but it's dropped ever so slightly from last time, but HV says it was ok.

Anyway, regarding my periods, should I be worried?
OH said something like ''you cant be pregnant if you not having periods'' which then got me thinking, what if I never have a period again?
OK so i'm being over paranoid and jumping to the bad conclusion, but what if!
Sorry this sounds so stupid, I know I've just had a baby and got a 5 year old but what if the decision was taken away from me to have another one.
For that couple of mins when the doc told me I wasn't pregnant I cant describe the feeling, but it really made me think about other women who cant have children (and men) and It makes me feel quite lucky that I have been given the gift of children, my godmother spend thousands of pounds and many years trying to concieve and failed, she would of made the perfect mum, sorry I'm waffling.........:o

  • AM, you can ovulate without having a period... That's what happened to me when I had Aimee... I had no regular cycle at that time and hadn't had one in months... I only did a pregnancy test because of the horrendous morning sickness otherwise it might of been months before I knew I was pregnant! (Incidentally, I'd been told my chances of conceiving naturally were so slim to not even consider it an option before then...)

I'm sure things will settle themselves down in time... Just make the most of not having to deal with them for the time being!

And are you taking folic acid if you are TTC?

ooh very swish!, I don't 'get how those things that look like braces =handsfree though?

AM first of all STOP OVER THINKING! get an app book with the nicest GP and ask them what they think you should do/if they think you need any tests o find out why ur not having any.
    My bleeding isn't back but I know I'm ov'ing because I know the symptoms - no bleeding doesn't mean n babies ;)
you could also get some ovulation test strips off ebay and test every day for a month, if you get a +ve then you'll know ur still ov'ing and therfore are stll fertile :) xxx
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

Thanks, I'm just scared of never having another period, and being slightly overdramatic, yes been on folic acid for a while.

I was thinking about taking the pill for a couple of months to 'get thisng going' or not?
I've got a docs appointment at 4.30pm anyway so I will discuss it all with them.
