Yay for laughing babies!!! Benjamin laughs and then he shreiks (sp?) as he takes a breath in!!
My baby is definitely a dog man! I was going through animal noises with him in his 'quiet chat' time before bed and every time I did 'mee-ow' he stuck out his bottom lip and went to cry...when I did 'woof-woof-woof' he laughed his head off :rotfl:
Try 'waass-uuppp' Budweiser stylee - it always has Benjamin rolling (and anyone else listening usually!!!)
Also singing Aggadoo gets him chuckling

How much water do your babies drink? I fill Benjamins sippy cup up to 100ml but he spits tons out and still hardly ever gets it lower than 50ml.
Wouldn't be a proper post without a pooping question!! I know that this is probably related but Benjamin really seems to strain to poo. He does poo but it can be a little like rabbit droppings sometimes...do you think upping his water will be enough or perhaps a teeny bit of very diluted juice would be an option.
Can a baby eat too much? Benjamin just seems to continue eating until I have decided he has had enough(well I worry that he will pop!) not so much at lunchtime but this evening he ate a large portion of purreed veg (potatoes, carrots and cauliflower from a roast dinner) with rice (to bulk it out - so very carb heavy). A organix mango and apple fruit puree, half a banana and a fromage frais. I think he would have carried on if I gave him more...he then BF for 5-10 minutes about 20 mins later!!!
It is all healthy stuff but I worry that he is overeating
At Benjamin's age, Elijah really wasn't drinking water. We'd give him a sippy cup to play with but none went down him.
I can't see any reason why diluted OJ wouldn't be totally fine.
In our experience, if baby eats too much, baby chucks it back up again later, then is happy! No harm done really. And they almost never seem to eat too much if left to their own devices. If they're keen for more, it's because they have room for more - in my opinion.
Sounds like he's doing wellgood luck with his bottom end!
