    Morning all :)

Neither of us can remember what time Rhys went to bed, but we think he slept for around five hours which was nice :D

Tea and toast now I think, then off to Asda for opening to see if they have any half price safety gates. Don't think I've ever been to Asda this side of 2pm on a Sunday before! Then hospital this afternoon and if the weather stays nice we might go for a walk on the beach for a bit of fresh air :)

Angel I agree 100% with what both Elle and Tia have said....ALWAYS(well as often as possible, excepting for if you have to go out/are out etc!) let baby fall asleep on their own and in exactly the same place they will be when they wake up.......
I was going to type a big story about a boy in Jaden's class who's mum nursed him to sleep day and night but didn't with any of her other kids...she was telling me the differences in their behaviour etc Although could just be coincidence, but I decided not to as I don't think it would make you feel any better.

I Luuurve the cow print snowsuit, I will probably just buy a coat for Kai though as he will be sort of 9-12mths size, and I don't really like big ones in those suits.

Well I now have my car sorted and on the road, It has been a bit of hassle but we have ended up with a fantastic car, costing £1700 everywhere I have looked they are advertised for between £2300-£2800 and ALL have more mileage than ours!!

I also have childcare sorted that I (hope) I am happy with. Baby in Nursery, Older two in breakfast and after school club, which is located within the school building:)

I did have a bit of a nightmare with the childminder regarding the settling in period. I had phoned her in the evening to break the news that I wasn't going to use her services, she was a bit taken aback (to be expected) but just asked me to put it in writing for her. I did this and handed it to her the next day at the school, where she delightfully informed me she would be charging me for the whole 4wk notice period as she doesn't do the settling in period! This had never been mentioned and when we went round to sign all the contracts etc she never pointed out that she had crossed through this part.....now I know it is up to me to read what I am signing, but we were going that fast through everything and she basically said it would be much quicker for her to read through all the sections for me so I could just sign them...I trusted her as I do know her a bit!
Anyway she had gaven me a copy of her Child-minding Policies which I read through and it does state in there that she does 1 month settling in period which allows for flexibility for either party to end the contract early with no penalty. After much arguing we have agreed to meet halfway and I will pay a 2wk notice period, and she will wait until our student finance is in place. I am still annoyed about it all but that's my fault for not reading the contract fully, and not remembering my own advice, never trust anyone when it comes to business/money!!!

And Finally - I start Uni on Monday, at long last. I am wondering what I have let myself in for though, I have to have myself and the three kids ready and out the door by 7.30am in order to drop them all off and be on my way by 8am!! At least that is only on a Monday and Tuesday I am in a little later on Wednesday and Thursday and off on Friday:D
