AF - Benjamin hated baby massage!! He would do 20 mins and then the group leader would say - Benjamin is bored again!! He only has a 20 min attention span for anything (other than swimming!).


Just try to keep the things you mentioned constant for now...don't worry about the rest, a couple of constant points in the day can be a start.

i'm going to take LO swimming when i go back home. we have a brilliant pool around from where my nan lives. i used to go to the gym there nearly every day when i was there (and single and therefore got very small ... oh the days)
