Means they are super awesome.
Just making chilli, my mouth is so soooore, my glands hurt, you know when swallowing and my ear hurts? I better not be away to get another ear infection, I am prone to them in one ear because of a toy elephant bead I had apparently poked in my ear when I was a kid. So if you ever meet me and I say "eh eh eh" you know it's just cause im a bit deaf lol
It is probably just all the poking around in your mouth that makes your ears hurt - it is all so closely connected in there!feelinggood wrote: »OH just watched Toby and I had a 45 minute bath! My first alone bath in about 4 months. I had bubbles and everything.
Yay for bubble baths! Did OH suggest it or did you ask him? Good on him for taking LO for 45 mins though - lots of daddys wouldn't. I know we have been a bit down on him recently so it is nice to see that he can do nice things too sometimes.

Evening all..
I've been sleeping and now I'm lurking while I do my application for flexible working
Does anyone have any examples of a job sharing pattern they want to share?
Ideally, I want us to do Person A=Mon/Tues/Wed AM and Person B=Wed PM/Thur/Fri for four weeks, then switch over. Then there's variety (some jobs are only done at a certain end of the week so we'd get rusty on the end of the week if we always worked the beginning iyswim) and we get a handover, although it would mean paying us both half an hour a week extra than one fulltime person so I've got to sell that to them (£520 extra a year - I think it's worth it!). We have another pattern at work currently (two days one week, three days the next) but there's no handover in person and that's caused no end of problems so I'm hoping they don't want that - luckily for me, the people who are making the decision on my application are the ones who experienced the bad end of the no handover in the other patternNo way on earth do I want to do all mornings or all afternoons.. I'd just be getting started by hometime!
I'm making pretty rotas and bank holiday calculations.. they've taught me well
ETA: Any bad/stupid patterns also welcomed.. I need the bad to make my ideal look good!0 -
