Still catching up!!
Mooki - I cried when Benjamin got his passport too!!! Aren't we mummies mad! She'd also asked if I'd had him weighed recently, I said no, that we only come when we need to for jabs etc and the next one was at 8 months. We were very happy with his weight gain. I also smiled and said, when you examine him you'll see he's not at all skinny!
At the end of the appt, she returned to that and said I should bring him for more weighing, because it's good to check in with the HVs frequently.
So then I got a bit worried there was stuff she wasn't saying
You wouldn't be your lovely self if you weren't worrying a little bit Weezl :kisses3:
You would be the first to say don't compare babies
Benjamin has no teeth and no hair!! :rotfl: Fergie will have a full set of gnashers and dreadlocks before Benjamin gets any of either :rotfl:yay for potty poo!
Had to quote this
Yay for potty poo Christopheras for your worries about fergies development, dont waste your energy doing so! he can roll, as he decided to roll off your table that time , he just chooses not to cos he is quite happy staying where he isseth has only just started to sit unaided the last week or so, not cos he cant, but cos he finds sitting boring and would rather roll around! he doesnt crawl as he rolls at the speed of light, and he isnt as advanced in eating as other babies seem to be, he will eat lumps but very grudgingly and gets bored with finger food unless its a biscuit! they all do different things at different times. and benjamin seems to be some kind of superhero, i'm sure MFD has actually adopted a son of krypton, or is married to one
I had this same conversation with one of my RL mummy friends today whose baby is about 5 weeks older than Benjamin but they appear to be developing at a similar rate with regard to moving etc. There is no reason for it, he is just a nosy little b00ger!! My RL friend concluded that Benjamin is a freak of nature (like his mummy) and she preferred her normal little girl :rotfl:
I say like his mummy because, whilst I am a normal sized adult (on the tall size but on the whole not unusual. I was a freakishly tall kid! When I was in junior school I stood head and shoulders above some of the teachers!! At 11 I was 5'9 and had size 8 feet  I have only grown an inch since then...except if you count outwards - I was 8 stone then!!!!
We are all very different, that is what makes the world a lovely place.
And Weezl - if half of the kids Fergies age CAN do it...it means that HALF of them CAN'T!!!!
:kisses3:

Every time I pump and clean the bottle afterwards.
I don't mean to imply that Husband has been sat on his butt doing nothing all day - he's had tons to do himself and we've been trying our best to get ourselves as organised as possible before we have to go back to work. I just get frustrated - nothing's ever just a statement, it always needs an answer, and he's always more tired, or got more done, and I end up feeling inadequate and that makes me snappy ... I summed it up quite well the other day: when I get tired I get irritable, and when he gets tired he gets irritating. But he's a good man and I'm glad we met and married and produced Molly [STRIKE]even though some days I want to hang him from a tree and paint him like a pinata[/STRIKE].Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
