SB - after much faffing with unhelpful/dismissive people I saw one of the nice HVs today and we think it was a few things that have been making Ed sick and *touch wood* he's coming through it now. OH is trying to seduce me and I'm milking it a bit lol I got treated like a queen this eve, I was in bed watching tv with Ed asleep on me and he brought me food and drinks all the time :D

Battery nearly gone so will move to ipod lurking/short posting  xxx

    can i pick your brains???

we took LO out in the car tonight and realised that it was the first time she has been in the car when it is dark (strange i know).

she hated it. she just cried and cried.

does anyone have any suggestions on how to make her less scared? ihave a thing that goes on her car seat that plays a tune and there are lights on the flowers but that wasn't enough.

i think she isn't a fan of the dark int he bedroom either.

    thanks

  • Grrr - crappy lappy - Grrr

    Anyway:

Tigs - ((HUGS)) hun. If it is any help at all we ALL have those days where everything seems a bit too daunting and we have nothing to cope with like you do. Chin up lady, as I said the other day...he is a man - it will a take him a lifetime to remember how to do a job properly the first time around ;):D

Tara - I may be a lone voice here but I would put it down to one of those life experiences and leave it at that. Maybe say to MIL that next time you would rather she looks after him herself.
They need to learn one day that life can be unfair :o

Em - I meant to say I think I found my CM today. Feeling more positive about her by the hour! Hubby seems keen too!
