My babies must not be wrigglers or I can wrap em tight :D

Ladybird, I used to freeze baby bol with the pasta in it and it was fine. Patsa won't freeze dry but in a sauce it's good. Make the sauce a bit more runny than usual though.

Good strange or bad strange? You ok?

You can be leader of the gummy baby club then! :D

Just general 'can't be ar5ed' strange! And everyone's annoying me atm so it's probably good i'm home alone (apart from children - but they're in bed, and not included in the annoying me bit!) :o

It's got wimpy suction :p My mini electric is a lot more powerful, doesn't have the let down and the control is a bit more fiddly and its louder, but have to say the swing isn't all that I thought it would be :(

We did. Towards the end I had to wake DH to swaddle her as I couldn't wrap her tight enough. THink I'd have resorted to using a cot blanket to double-wrap her if I wasn't worried about her being too hot!

    I've tried this for tonight...

(shame the light fitting I want isn't in the sale!)

Some fab bargains there Elle
Oh, if I made up some baby spag bol or something, can I freeze the pasta? I assume you can, seeing as you can for microwave melas and whatnot, but anyone done it?

I make batches of spag bol and freeze for OH lunches, the pasta soaks up some of the sauce when re-heated so goes softer - might be ideals for babbas :)
  • Caz i got it in Kirkcaldy store they had 1 more left on shelf fingers crossed they got more out back Glenrothes store had none on shelf and out back so mad dash down to Kirk store lol

I agree-ish.. I've only used TT CTN hand pump, and Medela Swing and Symphony and I prefer the Symphony - the Swing has "wimpy" section compared to that ;) I didn't think the Swing was as great as it's made out to be, but then I was rather pampered with the Symphony's industrial strength! :p ETA: I did think it might be the difference in the "horn" that made the difference to me tho' - I didn't like the SoftFit one which came with the Swing.

Oh, just thought, shall I tell Bizzie Babies I'm almost exclusively expressing? Could get a whole heap of pumps to test! :D (and pass on to the fairies for redistribution, obviously )

See I used the bits that I got with the harmony hand pump so the hard horn not the soft-fit one.

Think I'm going to re-sell it and either buy a new medela double electric or another mini electric :D

I'd tell BB your exclusively expressing worth a shot!

Breast pump addicts anon here
  • No words of wisdom on the sleeping from me... Aimee has never slept well and Caitlyn will sleep 9 hours one night then be up at 3,5 and 7 the next

Hoping she sleeps well tonight, I feel rank! Am tucked up in bed but daren't go to sleep just yet... Hubby always disturbs me when he comes to bed after me, noisy bu99er...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
