Ooh Caz, when's the move?! And what is this 'ironing' you speak about?
Have had to move Alex up into his 3-6 month clothes and discovered he has a whole new wardrobe of lovely things other people have bought him. We did a bit of sale shopping at Gap yesterday and used the 30% off voucher to buy autumn/winter stuff for Imogen. We only tried the tops on her when we got home and they are too small! Gap 3-4 yrs say 91-99cm. Well she's already 95cm and she's not 3 for another 3 months. So off I go on Monday to change them for age 4-5. Eeek!
Gap stuff is all really small i always buy the next size up to what she is.Everyone is entitled to their opinionEllie 25/12/070 -

My it's very quiet in here today/ tonight. I'm currently sat here trying not to loose the rag with the frickin biatch next door. She has her music on MEGA loud. DH told me to go round but last time I did that she was all nice to my face and then as I was shutting my door I could hear her back chatting about me to her mates I'm not gonna go in to details what she said but it really upset me. If she wakes LO up I swear I will kill her.
Someone please come and punch her for me
DH has said he'll go round if it's not stopped by the time he's finished the bottles, thing is he's not very placid. I can see this being a LONG night  It's making me feel sick and i'm on the verge of tears.
She really isn't helping her case for getting her daughter back..... and she tells me I'm not fit to be a mother because I'm overweight, hmm
however I'm not the one who (alledgedly) beat up their own baby girl.
Sorry for rantingMummy to D born 21/04/09 and S born 09/05/120 -
DH his brother and my brother are all in a battle on xbox live, you can only begin to imagine the language I'm hearing! :eek:0

Concrats Daniel!
MFD shall we start our own 'Gummy baby' group?
Do I now have the oldest gummy baby? She'll be 8 months next week.
(Although she's unsettled this evening, and has a red cheek, a sore bottom/fufi and more than the usual slober!)Krystaltips wrote: »I was actually holding out for the end of the event for them (last time I picked up a box of 9 wipes for a fiver too so hoping they might knock them down again) ....
I got a box of 12 packs of Pampers sensitive wipes today for £5. :money:
They also had boxes of 9 Huggies wipes for £5. All of the shelf labels had been changed to 'reduced to clear stock'.
We got our travel cot at the end of one baby event for £12.50.
I'm in a strange mood here!
Been feeling 'odd' for a few days!
Was supposed to be out at OH's brothers girlfriends 21st party - but I really couldn't be ar5ed getting ready - so i'm home alone! Just had chicken fajitas, having a bacardi & diet coke and watching the crazy octuplet mum on Sky2.:beer:0 -
Wizadora I'll punch her for you and also a good back handed slap. She sounds a right clever midden.
Does nobody just use a normal blanket or sheet to swaddle? I'm way too tight to but one of those swaddle blankets.
ETA, I'm so bored and lacking conversation I'm seriously thinking about going to asda to see what they have reduced...0 -
Evening all,
Very chilled out afternoon here. Not achieved much - just been playing with Rhys and looking for Christmas ideas whilst he's been sleeping. He's been incredibly well behaved today, so nice to just play rather than have him just screaming or sleeping  (I see some of you have seen the Bumbo pics!)
Have decided we're on a mission to get his bottles and therefore length of time he can last between them in prep for next Monday. Managed 60ml then 40ml half an hour later and he lasted 4.5hrs, but doubtful he could take the whole 100ml in one go. 75ml lasts him 3hrs with less sickness for now. Will plod on.. just don't want him being given GA whilst screaming with hunger
Anyway, wine and box of chocolates (found randomly in the cupboard, can't remember why I bought them now!) to hand now so I'm set for the night

Finally managed to change my avatar. No longer a big baby belly, he's 11 weeks on Monday. Where does it go?
In other news, he's sleeping 6 hours at night after a late feed (10.30-11.30ish) so as long as Imogen stays in bed I feel slightly human in the morning.
He seems to have a good feed when he wakes @ 4-5am ish, but is then up again by 7am. Krystal or anyone - if you have any sage words on this could you pm me? It's driving me crazy as I only just get off to sleep and he gets me up again.MSE Parent Club Member #1Yummy slummy mummy club member50% slummy, 50% mummy, 100% proudImogen born Boxing Day 2006Alex born 13 July 20090 -

Thanks, that's the one I've decided I like, there a a couple on ebay and then Amazon seems to be the cheapest, but I think a trip to TK Maxx is on the books for tomorrow
I know it won't be used for long, but atm I'll pay anything for a good night sleep - I love sleep
I've decided the woombie pics looks like the child had been vacuum packed :rotfl:0
