oh yes how could I forget!

Hang on: *slurps from her generous mug of nescafe!*

no more than 300ml of caffeine per day.

But really it's fine if you indulge!

Hang on again: *calls* "fergus, stop shaking and come down from that light-fitting!":o
I'm probably going to go to hell because I pretty much only drank diet coke during my pregnancy with Ryry :o
GP halfed the dosage I'm on and told me to get an urgent appointment with the Psychiatrist. Got an urgent appointment, in two weeks. Debating what to do. Do I wait until I have another crisis and see the GP again, do I say sod the lot of them and do nothing, do I get in touch with an advocacy charity, do I email HV (again! Still no reply) or do I contact Social Services and tell them I need LO taken in to foster care?
No you bloming well dont missy! you are doing a fab job, Toby needs you hun.
I think GP thinks that part of the problem is a reaction to the meds, it happened once before on similar ones, so I'm supposed to be closely monitored. HV has replied to email, saying I should tell the GP and Mental Health team how I feel. Or, I could get in touch with Homestart - "If this could be arranged it wouldn't last forever".

I've not spoken to Mum, she is going on holiday soon and I don't want her to worry while she is away. I'll talk to her when she is back.

OH still is adamant that no one outside should look after LO. He said perhaps I'm just not made to be a Mum. Hard not to take that personally! He doesn't want LO left alone with anyone. He says he'll try and watch LO more. He did ask if I was cutting again, he seemed to believe I'm not, but that is more stress. He can't/won't tolerate that.

I'll give itt a couple of days on a lower dose, then phone GP on Thursday or Friday, asking if I can stop it all together.
Sod waiting girl, get on that blower and tell them you need help now.
Phone your Mum please, I know you dont want her to worry, but come on, your a mum now, it's in our job description to worry!
Wouldnt you want Tobes to come to you no matter what and when?
You need your mum and toby needs you, it's a fact.
I wish there was more I could do x

EDIT: and sorry but you need to tell your hubby to !!!!!! and stop putting you down and in effect what I beleive is tant amount to brainwashing you!

I think I'll write another letter and send it to the GP and Psychiatrist. Does anyone have any tips on how to get across how I feel and what do I ask for or say I need?

I always take a list of symptoms but that doesn't seem to have any effect. I am obviously wording everything wrong.
