Turn off the power,while keeping the back up button on the box pressed,turm on the power.After a few seconds,the lightd on the box front should come on & a message appear on the TV.
After about 10 min.the lightvs should go out & the message go.Turn the box on.
If it still lont turn on,then it's !!!!!!ed as the power supply &/or hard drive has blown.
You cab get this repaired tho.

thanks for that but i was talking about the op that and also i was saying that you need a SKY+ subscription which, if you dont have a sky tv package costs 9.75 per month. nothing to do with the mr subs.
