Much less risk of TSS with mooncup than with tampons as it doesn't absorb, just 'collects'. Just remember to empty and rinse it twice a day and boil/sterilise/dishwash! between cycles and it's more hygenic than tampons.

Just wanted to add how much I love mine too. It took a couple of cycles to get used to it, but now I am an old pro I cut the stem right off as well, it made it much more comfy.

I bought one after the recomendations on here and the first time I was a bit worried about leaving the house!! But I would just like to say no problems at all. I would recommend this product to everyone.
