An update. I was just contacted by the company that provides the engineer to set up the desktop for me. They were also given a delivery date of 25 November. They are going to chase for me. Subsequently I have received an email from Dell saying
"Due to the popularity of the product our demand has exceeded supply. Dell will always try and improve the delivery date on your order."
I have replied saying 23 December is unacceptable and threatening them with Watchdog and Which.Total debt May 2005 £83,232 :eek:
Total Debt November 2009 £0! DEBT FREE!
