DELL, more like HELL!

I ordered a new monitor online on the 10th, the site stated 10 days for delivery. I'm now told I have to wait untill the 13th of October:mad: To top it all off they kept me on the phone for 2hrs trying to get through to customer services at 5p per minute being passed from department to department. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY…

An update. I was just contacted by the company that provides the engineer to set up the desktop for me. They were also given a delivery date of 25 November. They are going to chase for me. Subsequently I have received an email from Dell saying
"Due to the popularity of the product our demand has exceeded supply. Dell will always try and improve the delivery date on your order."
I have replied saying 23 December is unacceptable and threatening them with Watchdog and Which.
