for family tree building and searching, i have found Genes Reunited(http://www.genesreunited.co.uk) absolutely fantastic - its free to join and also to search other peoples trees to see if you have relative in common

They usually run two week free trials? I used these and just before my two weeks were up cancelled it and OH set up one in his name! Just remember and cancel or they will automatically join you for 12 months at a cost of £80!!!!

Can anyone help with a code for free searches for tracing the family tree. I saw a link on here a while ago that gave a 3 day free trial but I thought I would wait till I could possibly have 3 clear days to concentrate on it. Now I can't find the link. Would be grateful if anyone knows how to get free trials.
