OK... lets see whether this works... if it does, I'll add the rest of the pics into the album over time!

  • I was feeling a bit bad that i hadn't done very much, so instead of slobbing in front of the PC i forced myself to do a HHC in the kitchen. I did quite well.

    • cut up gammon joint into chunks ready for soup tomorrow, and another meal, while fighting off the 2 cats
    • emptied off 2 end shelves on kitchen cupboard. Cleaned them, put everything back nicely.
    • put all clutter from one bench away in the pantry
    • refilled the cereal cannisters
    • tidied the shelves/floor of the pantry a bit so i at least can get in there now. I think i might try and clean the shelves tomorrow night and hoover the floor tomorrow.
    • chucked out some out of date tins of soup i bought from approved food, but after eating a couple of tins, couldn't face anymore as they tasted foul compared to homemade.
    • cleaned one kitchen bench.
    • watered the 2 plants on the kitchen window sill.

I cannot believe how much better it looks in there for so little time. Need to spend a bit of time each night doing a bit i think while the kids are not underfoot and i might actually stay on top of it.

Going to just finish off here by writing a list for tomorrow and then go and enjoy a well earned soak in the bath with my book. DH has gone to bed already as he was feeling off it.

Determined to get at least one star as i have never had one before in all my time flying as i like to work off list too much.

    Thanks Holly!

Class was 10-4, with breaks and lots of chat. They took about an hour each, but it was definitely getting quicker towards the end!

I find it very restful doing this (in classes... hugely stressful usually if I try it at home!), so am hoping that I can afford to do a class every month once I'm settled in at work, as its nice to have a day away from it all.

Right... must move from in front of the PC. DW is still full of clean stuff and I haven't actually inspected this weeks lists yet :o
