    By the way, I'm guessing 750 cals for sandwich and coffe and 850 for shortbread and coffee....

    egg mayosarnie: 372 cals

    shortbread 1 biccie: 484 cals

    I was really:eek: cos she just had a snack and I had my whole lunch

    I had black coffee so 6 cals, she had hot choc and whipped cream so another 500 cals.

    not that it matters, but blimey, not what I thought!
