  • Oh I forgot to tell you all.....I don't know if anyone remembers my MIL being very affronted by the fact that the sonographer couldn't tell the sex at our 20 week scan, and her thinking we knew but deliberately wouldn't tell them etc etc. Well, when they came round this week they saw some pink clothes that I've bought my 3yo niece for her birthday and almost exploded, thinking we knew it was a girl and that she'd been right all along! So funny, why would we be buying clothes in age 3-4 years for our unborn baby?! Did make me giggle though!

  • Ok going to catch up as much as i can :D Sorry if i miss anyone.

Three - i would have been major peeved at OH too. Would have probably already hit him over the head with one of the cans, lol :D In our house only i get to use or choose what vouchers are going to be used on, which usually means Xmas or something useful to us all, as i am the only one who remembers to use the cards to get the points in the first place .

PP - deffinately some stay put vibes needed with you ;) Sending as many as i possibly can.

Good luck to fidget too! Hope something starts today :)

Kindof - I am kind of liking the second now :p Sorry for nicking your ideas, lol, but i think just as i have DD the second will take a buggy board and she wont have the prob of the bar in her way while she is standing on it. Plus i don't think i'll have hands to pick up baby, hold DD AND push a buggy this time around so i'll prob have to stop everytime i pick up bubs so won't have the same prob as i did with DD. Plus it's paypal :D so i can make some money on Ebay and then get it so i don't feel like i need to budget for it, if that makes sense  OH will be happy with that too ;)

Gym - if you like it go for it. I think it is nice. Deffinately not chavvy, don't know where they got that from, lol! Everyone hated my daughters name when we picked, her name is Eliza Mae. Nearly everyone said it sounded like an old ladys name, lol! But we stuck with it and now everyone we meet say its a lovely name, prob becuase madam is so cute, lol! Plus now everyone is used to it, even those in our family who used to call her Ellie for short have now come round and started calling her Eliza and agree it suits her perfectly ;)

I like 'proper' sounding names, ones that can be shortened too so LO can grow up with a choice. If we have another girl, she'll be Isobel (not sure how to spell it yet, and shortened to Izzy or Belle) or Madeline, which can be shortened to Maddy. For a boy OH and I can only agree on one at the mo, that is Zachory (Zac for short). I don't care much what others think, i like them :D. I love DD's nursery though, there is a great array of names and i think it is lovely.

Helen - sending some labour vibes to you hun!

Jopsey - still got my fingers crossed for you ;)

Er...i think that is everyone, again sorry if i missed anything :o

    Morning all,

PP hope you are OK and those pains go away, sending stay put vibes for you.

I'm peeved at OH this morning I have been waiting on Tesco vouchers coming through so i could get the kids costumes for school as after his exploits before causing us to have no income for a month things have been all over the place financially.

I just found the envelope with the Vouchers torn out and he had cans last night and when i asked how he managed to get them he smiled and said don't worry i didn't touch the bank, so i'm now left juggling payments again to buy them stuff.

I swear if he asks if i have any spare money this week i may hit him with his cans:mad:

To top it all he made optician appointments for the kids at the most expensive place in our area and when i said i can't afford their glasses he said the eye test is free whats the problem. Well honey the tests are free everywhere it's the charges they hit you with for the glasses. so guess who is left making excuses for why we wont be paying their inflated prices. honestly where is his common sense he must have recycled his with his empty cans.:rotfl:

Off to dads before i say something i regret to him.

Eye tests are free for kids , plus they get £36.50 towards glasses if you go to asda they have a fab range all in the free bit , you can have your eye test at one place and take your prescription to asda to get the glasses HTH

Who knows?! I'm really not the kind of person who would lie about something like that!

Off for lunch with my Dad in a minute. Haven't seen him since I've been pregnant (and only spoken to him once)so that should be fun! He is buying me lunch though, so can't complain too much.
