I'd only heard not to use softener with nappies cos it coats them in a slippery layer and the wee won't absorb. They put softener in the bounty packs don't they? That'd be a bit :mad: if you can't use it!

Does bio make your excema worse? Fergie has a patch on his cheek and I'm just wondering if I did his bedding in the wrong powder. That would explain a lot :)

    xxx

I thought it was to do with softener leaving more chemicals on the clothes, which could cause a reaction? Don't know for definite though. Might try the vinegar trick trick though, very :money:

Yeah bio makes my eczema worse. Don't have it all the time, but if I use bio (or stay somewhere that does on sheets, towels etc) it can irritate me and bring on a flare up.
  • Oh that is a cute bundle - some really lovely bits! You deffinately got a bargain there ;)

I really want to get some oaty bars, but i have no money until tomorrow :(

In my lunch box i have a sandwich, a rasberry yogurt, an apple and a digestive bar lol.

I once sat here and ate potato salad cause i was so hungry lol.

I was going to use the sensitive skin (forgot its name, its in a white bottle though) fabric conditioner as it has a baby on the front lol.

I might just get the fairy gel as you dont need softner with them :)

Argh, i only ate at 10:30am and im hungry again! :(

Yay for winning kindof! :D x
  • Well I have done the sum total of not very much today so far, and now I am going out for lunch! Have to go to the bank which means passing those 5 greggs shops ha ha :rotfl:

Looking forward to some fresh air more than anything actually, it's really stuffy and a bit uncomfortable in here today.

    Hi all,

been catching up via my phone inbetween sleeps. Can't see much of what I'm writing so I'll keep it short as finding it too painful to sit at pc.

    Good luck MGEB x

hugs to you jopsey and hope everything goes well on Monday.

Kindof - I was like that with the laughing it was horrible lol! A little bit of a giggle would turn into virtual hysteria where I felt like I would cry. It's very weird, you're not on your own there though!

    Happy due date Nancmat!

Jenny sounds promising - I still haven't had anything like that yet.

I did start having what I thought were moderate contractions last night and thought something was starting they even interrupted my sleep but today they have settled down and they feel more like constant braxton hicks now.

I really hurt my bump getting into the car last night, my mum dropped the car off so I could drive it to parents evening and had left the seat very close to
the steering wheel, I made an attempt to readjust it and pulled something in my tummy, which is a fab addition to all the other pain!

    Sorry for grumbling! Xx

  • kindof- what a bargain they are so cute.
I wanna know what I am having, stopped buying clothing ages ago as I was sick of whites, yellows and beige.
The only funky things I have are two bibs off ebay where you could get any slogan you wanted printed.
dh and I were making up things for ages and finally decided...

one says "daddy is suing durex"
and the other says "natasha (my dd) stop nipping me"
    Coming soon............
Brand new baby first showing in November!
Brand new baby boy (Matthew) born 3 weeks early weighing a diddly 5lb 4 oz!!
