Ooh not liking this much getting really bad tummy pains and lots of weird movements very low down not sure if it's baby moving or tightening. I can't say it feels like there is any pattern to it though. Think I will have to go and have a lie on the couch. OH has been watching Masterchef which makes me want to be sick and it's just going off so it's safe to go over I think.

On that note, MW commented that my baby has had a consistently high HB so was probably a girl :eek:. Has anyone heard this? It's tended to be 150bpm which is high, but as we don't know the sex I'm surprised she just came and said it.

Hi GISI, me again!! My midwife didnt say anything about the rate of the heartbeat indicating a boy or girl today, our babys HB was about 140bpm and she said anything between 110 and 160 is healthy. Really 140 and 150 doesnt sound too far different to me and we are apparently having a boy, so who knows!!

Last day of work for me tomo, yay!! Me and other preg colleague also finishing tomo are buying cakes and sweets for the office plus we are all having pizza for lunch too hehe!!

SJ i saw it in the flesh the other day and loved it instantly. It looks really well made and sturdy. I thought they did it in a pine colour too but i can't find it. I want the dark one cos my bed is walnut! This is my bed, in king size They sent the wrong one bt i liked it better lol.

Yes i rent a doppler from them.
I dont know - i just orderd it and they send me a renewal email a couple of days before i need to pay for the next month

I have noticed that thier feedback is not 100% positive - which i am very suprised about as i have had no probs with them and my doppler is like gold dust to me and worth every penny. But i fully undestand to some ladies they are more of a worry than a help. Or that they would prefer to put their cash towards something else. But like i said there are loads of ladies with more experience and different types of dopplers who have purchased / rented different ones and you might find something better:D

I don't think £170 is bad for a cotbed as it will last a fair while.

Found it! It's This one but it's a bit darker in real life. I want a dark wood cot bed too.
