Yeah it was, she is either 26 weeks or 28 weeks lol. She is having a 4d scan today i think, so hopefully she'll get the correct date!

Lovely scans Karen!
Scotsgirl it does seem like an age getting to 12 weeks! It's really flown for me since then though! I feel as though I'm going to be popping this baby out before I know it!!0 -
Lol, my dad came into our 6 week scan to have a look and the woman pointed out the heartbeat. And he described it as:A moving pixel on a screen of moving pixels
And getting to 12 weeks was the longest wait ever, now im 18 weeks!:eek::eek:
Before i know it i'll be giving birth in a family members car (i fear this btw as we dont drive lol)
I was saying to OH about who i wanted to drive me to hospital in labour.
Its either:
My mum: But her car is very small, so no.
My Dad: Has a lovely big car, and i wouldn't mind leaking fluid everywhere. But if i had to give birth in the car i wouldn't want my dad seeing my bits hehe.
OH's parents car: Its big, but i would feel bad for "leaking" everywhere. But then if i had to give birth at least OH's mum would be there and she has given birth before and has the same bits as me, so i wouldn't mind so much:rotfl:

Lol, one of our friends just welcomed their first into the world yesterday so can't wait to go and see him. He's the first of the group to have a baby so at least they will be fairly close together as long as this little un stays sticky. Had to tell the MIL as well, she was getting so suspicious, kept asking why I was going to the doctors and what was wrong and could food poisoning be lasting this long....typical really lol.0

LOL E/A!!!
Speaking of cars, do any of you ladies who already have littlies (or prams at least) have quite a small car? We only have a little Yaris (typical MAN wanted the little sporty 3 door even though babies were on the horizon) and I'm seriously thinking we are going to struggle to find anything which will fit in it!0 -
EA the chances of you giving birth in the car are pretty slim!!! Also if you haev a couple of old towels ready with your maternity bag you can put them on the seat so leaking shouldn't be a problem. Also a) your waters might not even have broken and b) you might find that a maternity pad would soak anything up anyway so try not to worry lol!
scotsgirl I think there are a few buggies that are designed to fold up small for smaller cars - might be worth asking over on the parent thread, oh and some sticky bean vibes for you0 -
I'll test maternity pads with some food colouring and a water pistol lol.
Like on the adverts
Will be something for me to do when im bored on ML0 -
Lol EA, a friend of mine had to take her sis in law to hospital when she went into labour and half way there the SIL decided to take her trousers off so not only leaked everywhere but her gran had given her castor oil the night before so she pooed everywhere too :rotfl:
Hugs for Laura and Always :grouphug:
Going back to yesterdays posts, I'm 25 and had DD when I was 23.
