Well i think i will need to get some maternity clothes asap. I put all my clothes into pile.
1st pile........Ain't no way missy lol
2nd pile.......Only if you where a long jumper and leave buttons open.
3rd pile .......will fit
Whats shocking is 3rd pile is really small, a few stretchy tops and 3 pairs of trousers that are sort off hipsters so sit like underbump trousers. Need to do something fast or i'll be house bound till bubs is born.lol[STRIKE]Little bump 3 on it's way[/STRIKE]:j

aw is she really little?
Jack was 6lb 3oz so had to get tiny baby stuff but he's grown quite long so now in newborn sleepsuits which fit his legs great but are huge on his arms and belly!!
Kindof - I've hardly spent anything since I've had Jack. I'm doing a monthly food shop and batchcooking so no need to 'nip out for something for tea', I hardly use any fuel as I now walk to ASDA for milk, bread and fruit so Jack gets some fresh air & I get exercise! Baby groups I'm going to are free and so will meeting up with the other mums from Parentcraft.
I literally spend money on mortgage, bills and food, although Sept wages are the last of my 90% so I'm down to £123 per month from now on!
The Child Benefit comes thru really quick, I registered Jack's birth last Monday, sent forms off last Wednesday and had everything back now. Payment should be in my bank for the last 4 weeks!
Thanks for thatI am hoping that I wont be spending that much money when I am off in mat leave, cos most of the time the take away temptation is when I am well tired after work
I am hoping that being off I will have more time (yeah right lol) to cook food etc

awwww so cute to hear about everyone's OH/DHs. We also met online, but embarrassingly through his ad on Gumtree (he did it for a dare and didn't expect it to work) - so went on a date and as they say the rest was history. He proposed after only 3 months (crazy, I know) and we've been married since last June.
feel a bit grotty as just ate a ready pizza from Sainsburysand now totally stuffed. Just waiting for DH to get home and then we can go pick up the Moses basket I won for a bargain off eBay! :T

would like to win a holiday, please!!

Evening ladies
Just popping on to say hi, and checking up to see if theres been any births, just skimmed though a few pages. We have a busy weekend ahead a leaving party saturday night for my cousin who's of to lapland for the christmas driving kids to go see santa. I met my oh at work and he's the 1st and last patient i ever went out with and he said and told everyone before we even went on a date that i loved him and he had meet the person who he was going to spend the rest of his life with !!!! Luckly he did not tell me this as i would have run a mile seeing as I thought he was too young for me as theres 9 and a half years age gap between us. Hugs to those in need and labour vibes.Darling son born 10/12/09 hopefully the 1st of many :j0 -

Hiya GISI,If you don't mind me asking, why not sure as it's your first? I was always told it was safer with a first, so I'm curious if you've been told different IYSWIM?

jha & weezl - hope the sling meet was good, let us know how you found it.
Lou66 are you a Dr? Noticed that DH was your patient
