Have done a bit more clothes shopping - think we now have enough 0-3 month babygros for quite a bit plus mil's neighbour and a lady at work have given me some bits. As little one seems to have been small on the last 2 scans, wondering if I should get some newborn / small baby ones too??

hiya! fergus didn't go into his 0-3 month stuff for around 4 weeks, so I'd say it's worth it, his birthweight was 7lb 4 and a half.

  • Always- Try TK Maxx for snowsuits, they often have the proper waterproof ones in over the winter as well as some cute fluffy looking ones!!

I like Tara, and I like Lily too. We've chosen Isabell or Oliver this time, DH wanted Charlotte but that was the name of my Dad's ferret so that was a huge no :rotfl:.

Last time we had chosen Emily or Charles (Charlie) but MIL said if it was a boy she would call him Chas . I was SO relieved I had a girl lol.

  • Morning all, No news from harley? vibes to harley and csh.

AAHHHH names don't have a clue. DD was named after my friend that died when i was a girl, DS was named after OH's uncle and was a family name of mine too so we thought it would keep everyone happy. This time god only knows DD's was picked when she was born when i was under the effects of the morphine reaction, i dreamed my friend who loved babies came to see her.

Will need to hit the name books this time i think.

Seen mum this morning sis is not good but cheered mum up telling her about my little purchases over the weekend, poor dad is in for it she wants to see my kitchen trolley as she wants one too.lol

Just seen a thing on the news about the freeview re-tune that is required today. It said thousands of box's will not re-tune after the upgrade and will not receive channel three after it. More information after the re-tune on what boxes will be affected. Erm it was the itv news it was on so if you have one of those boxes you wont be able to see the news to know that your box wont work lol Don;t think they thought that one through!!

I won't weigh in on the names discussion, because I have very taste than most people and don't wanna offend anyone :D. Though I laughed at EA's description of her cat's 'name' when in trouble - our kitty becomes a string of swear words when she decides she wants feeding at 3am or something ;)!

kindof/MrsT - weirdly, I braved the GC for the 1st time this month, too!! Need to put it in my sig to remain accountable :).

Okay, horrid meeting starting up again...bah!!

would like to win a holiday, please!!

Oh, P.S. have you guys heard of these £15 macs from ASDA?? Do you reckon it would be possible to fit in one at all - I normally wear a 14/16 in coats, but wondering if an 18 might possibly be okay. Oh bother, I'll just have to go into ASDA this weekend and hope they've got some in to try on.

I did this, normally a 14, bought an 18 and it fits like a dream with some growing room. The sleeves need taking up but haven't had the time yet. HTH

Hope everyone else is well. I did a lot of walking yesterday and it felt like someone had kicked me in the foof at the end of the day :(. Seems back to normal today so best get off and do some work....
