    Ooh, I'm quite excited about this now. Will have to start looking at train tickets and places to stay now that I'm officially on the front page ;)

    If you buy something in Sainsbury's before the end of the month you get a return train ticket anywhere in Scotland for £15 and it's valid until the 13th December.

    Really? How do you do that? Can you just buy anything and then use your reciept?

    best price i could see was £23 return from montrose.... assuming not staying overnight.

    Otherwise i might just drive down to Grangemouth, stay with rellies and get late bus home... hmmmmmn.....

    haven't decided yet if taking my DD Erin along? There are usually some kids there.... ? anyone any plans to take a child?

    I'm going to speak to DH today about maybe coming to Edinburgh. He's in a good mood, not sure why ;) :whistle:
