There is also the German Christmas market in Edinburgh at that time. Is the big wheel up by then? I went last year about that time and Edinburgh was lovely.0

I find that the German market isn't that good in terms of the presents etc you can buy but the food is amazing
The wheel should be up by then. Go up about 4pm to watch the sunset, it's lovely!0 -

Hiya, just found this! Can anyone come, as in non-MSE people? I might need to bring my OH, as I get scared in Edinburgh on my ownsome - the short story, was walking around Edinburgh, after being separated from my sister (been at a hen-nite), dressed as a French Maid (were also at Rocky Horror Show), trying to find my hotel! I was crying like a baby! Don't know anyone, but would love to come if that's ok!0
