I would not let them get away with that, it is absolutely appealing behaviour I would get hold of Head Office straight away and complain to them, as at store level some complaints are not always notified to Head Office.

I am just so sorry you had to go through that experience.

xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
  • Yes, complain! What horrible nasty people.
  • A mistake that could so easily have been resolved with an apology on the spot but instead you have to go through this experience, I think your husband did the right thing by returning to complain, give them a chance to reply & if you are not happy write to their head office Im sure someone their would like to know what is going on even if you have to go as far as contacting their MD.

that is appalling! complain compain complain and dont let it go! i was in somerfield once and heard a cashier shout out - supervisor can you cancel this as customer hasnt enough money. I cringed for the poor person going through checkout! its not on!
  • If she had done that to me I would have my parked my van across the entrance and blocked it off, Cheeky old cow. I'm sure I would have had a name sooner or later.

omg, i can't believe these stories especially the Morrisons one. My OH walked over to Morrys garage for some cigs at 8:30pm, they shut at 9pm, to be told they'd locked them all away. He disputed it saying you close in half an hour, the young lad usually gets them from the back for me if he's locked them away so why can't you? She was so rude to him and said something about wanting to get finished on time!!! Lol!! I think he called her a lazy bint and never went back :o
  • Morrisons are famous round our way for treating their staff like dirt, so why should Morrisons workers care what image they present of the company they work for.

Contrast this with Waitrose or John Lewis.

"Thankyou Asda finally it seems like the situation has been resolved.

    Or has it " ?

My last visit to Asda I noticed the same person I had the problem with waiting around by the trolly bay & as I aproached she smiled "how are you" very strange behaviour I thought anyway all was made clear once we returned to our car - some sad person had keyed the paint work, of course I wouldn't say it was this person without having proof but we shopped their for 3 years without any problem & I just wonder what sicko might have a motive ?

Oh heck, its a long shot but most Asdas have cctv covering the carpark, if you report your incident to the police, they can ask asda for the cctv - def look into it.

My pet hate with ASDA is the " Barker " positioned at front of store with a Poundshop mike and the conviction that he is Ted from Hi de Hi .

Halifax store has one many have nicknamed " Chewbacca" from Star Wars, he looks and sounds just like him . I just turn tail and shop elseware now when I spot him and I am not the only one.

He must cost them a fortune in lost sales.
