Just tried again, have now forwarded email but have been told by an extremely insistant woman they will not be refunding my postage!

A really nice lady from Tesco rang me this morning and explained what had gone wrong. She said that all customers who had a book order cancelled when they had used the 200 point code would all be getting the points on their statements in the next clubcard mailing as an apology from Tesco.

What a lovely gesture.

Got my clubcard mailing today and guess what, no sign of the said 200 points. Cant say i am surprised.
Tesco treating customers with contempt as usual.

I just got mine and cannot see my 200 points added either, where am I meant to look on the statement to confirm this?

My guess is Tesco Direct, i may be wrong.
I check my total every week from shopping and i know it hasnt jumped by an extra 200 points.

Update-actually it probably isnt Direct but the normal Tesco and .com total so no way of knowing unless you keep a check as i do.

I have no way of checking then, my DH uses the 2nd card so its hard to keep track. I did have a phone call and email saying the points were being added, I'll have to take their word.
