Just got to watch for the clubcard points being added now.
I too have had one copy of scream street dispatched :T Got dipsatch email last night though.
Some others copies of the same book got cancelled. Ah well, at least i can gauge to see if points will go on from it or not..
Fingers crossed.

When I received my cancellation email I replied asking if they'd give me the 200 points as a good will gesture. They phoned this morning and said they'd be happy to do it, so I'm happy, I got £2 (assuming I spent the vouchers in store) for nothing!0

I also emailed asking them to honour the 200 points on either the vampire book or the beedle book as a gesture of goodwill.
A really nice lady from Tesco rang me this morning and explained what had gone wrong. She said that all customers who had a book order cancelled when they had used the 200 point code would all be getting the points on their statements in the next clubcard mailing as an apology from Tesco.
What a lovely gesture.0 -
I had to call them again last night as I still had not had my refund for the postage paid refunded. They told me that as a gesture of goodwill they would give me back the postage I had paid, but they completely failed to understand that it isn't goodwill, my order was placed with free postage and they ended up charging me.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Believe it when you see it. This is what she thinks will happen, but there is of course no guarantee it will.0 -

I emailed too and had a phone call yesterday apologising for the cancellation.
She said she was adding the points onto my account right now and that I would see them on my online account after 24 hours.
By saying she was adding them on now, that implies that she had to add them on herself. Not sure they'll be added on automatically if some of us are getting a telephone response in response to an email sent.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

I met JK R in Waitrose once. She was buying a chicken and milk. When she got to the checkout the man ended up arguing with her.
The chickens were BOGOF but she only had one and the old man wanted to get someone to get her another one so she had two. She looked very embrassed (or however you spell it). When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0 -
