Took 48 hours for the reply, which they apologised for as they normally reply quicker. 200 points promised are now showing on my balance.

Thanks for that barnabee - I can confirm this is the email address I used. Just said I was disappointed as I ordered it especially online for the 200 points as I could have bought it in store. I also have had the points credited now.

I just rang about being charged for delivery and the guy insisted they don't do free delivery on books, he wants me to email my confirmation email to them but due to problems with my email account only this Thursday alot of my emails are missing, any ideas anyone?

this is what it say's on my order page ...charged me for delivery as well ...and even though i cancelled its still pending
