wooo finally got internoet back !!! been so hard without it. We got it intoday and have hardly used it but fact we couldnt use it the last few weeks made us want it more! lol.
few updates...
Been to hotel and paid last lump sum that my dad gave me so our final bill should be just couple hundred 6 weeks before.
decided on our favours were doing scratchcards with a printed ribbon round it, they are 80p for the ribbon and £1 for card.
I am making homemade tablet for the evening guests but hotel said it has to be in bags for health and safety so i bought some cellophane bags from ebay and were going to tie it with ribbon and my daughter is going round at buffet time with a basket to hand them out.
bought lovely trinket boxes for my mum and mil2b for thier gifts

Hunnycat - nice going. I've not even considered my favours. Just have no idea yet.
On my part, my OH has FINALLY chosen his best man. Woop woop!!
However, just as I feel good, I've told my H2B what I thought we'd agreed on the cake and he's just gone into sulk mode as his flavour may not be involved. Gr! I thought we'd talked about this last week, proving that he wasn't listening!
Invites were ordered on Friday. Need to do a little tweaking with the proofs but another thing off the list.
Hello Darlo_Becs. :jHow long til pay day?

I dont have a clue what my cake is like! its ordered but my aunt said she would get my cake and i hate picking something incase its out of the price range so i gave her fabric samples for the colours and let her have free reign. First i will see it is on the day, although i can find out if i want but would like the suprise. Also my BM is her daughter and she says its lovelywould love to win an ipad!

 I asked OH to sort cars and he said he would
I nearly fell over, he said it would be a nice surprise.
I keep looking at dresses online because my wobble rolled over into a paddy and now it's too late to order from a shop 'The one'

yay all our invites have now been received and all are ok. jewellery has been purchased, as have the shoes and lingerie. Dress is due to come into the shop at the end of June - cannot wait!
My OH has been soooo good and really involved but now it's getting down to all the little bits, favours, table gems - bless him he's slightly lost interest - can't blame him though. Personally I don't think we need favours, certainly most of my friends haven't had them, but he's putting his foot down and wants them.

Not been on for a while but have got most things sorted. I'm hiring my dress and have it reserved, it's a Veromia dress with a very full skirt completely the opposite of what I thought I would get. My invites are all made I just need to get round to writing them out and posting them now.
Menu is finalised and have ordered OH's suit and got all the BMs dresses. Got the photographer booked a bargain at £250 as he's just starting out. I've also ordered the cake.
The problem is because I decided on most things so long ago but I still keep looking at ideas I am wobbling over some of my decisions. I had decided on a very simple theme of midnight blue and silver but have recently seen some peacick themed ideas so am thinking of incorporating this into the wedding. I've seen some gorgeous art deco headresses on etsy.com and am thinking of going for a birdcage veil - is anyone else going for a veil?
I need to organise a hairdresser, cars, shoes for me and BMs, headdresses and just little things like table decorations. I'm considering having BACI chocolates for my favours as they go with my colour scheme.
Oh and I just have to pay for it All !!!! :rotfl::rotfl::eek:0 -

 Where did you hire your dress from??? I had never thought of that, I'm wobbling so much that may be my next option
I'm considering a veil, I'm also toying with the idea of some funky head piece insted of a tiara.
Well my invites are on there wayand I've just ordered my shoes.
I too have all the rest of the wedding to pay for :rotfl::heart2: 'Tied the Knot' Saturday 9th October 2010 :heart2::blushing: Member of Diet Club October 2010 Brides and Grooms :blushing:Starting Weight: 14 stone 10.8lbsCurrent Weight: 13 stone 2lbsTotal loss: 21.8lbs :j0
