Oh Oh I am very very very excited!
:lipsrseal:silenced::lipsrseal:silenced:
But I 'may' have a stunning dress, surplus to requirements for sale soon:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:0 -
Thanks hunny, haven't heard anything yet, but I'll give it till the end of Monday before I know i haven't got it. :cool:
We've got an appointment next month at our venue, to sort out what food we're having and numbers and they need a 40% deposit of the estimated cost. We better get saving! :eek::rotfl:
40%:eek: we paid £250 deposit and the rest is payable 6 weeks before! I am waiting to hear from the venue they said they will ring in Jan and we go in to sort our menus and get to sample it all
I am in a dilemma about my rings, we have ordered them and its a payment plan where they take the money monthly and we get them after the final payment. I dont think i can wait until July to see them so am thinking of paying it off in full this month but not sure wether to incase we need the money to pay something else:owould love to win an ipad!

I am slowly losing my mind looking at wedding invites!
I had no idea what you had to order so I'm confused now.
I know I need day and evening invites, RSVP cards but what else? Do I really need a table planner? Menu - this isn't decided until 3 months before so if I ordered my invites soon do I risk the same design for my menu planner thing not being available? (I am one of the easiest people to sell to so would easily buy it all for a quiet life but can't afford to obviously).
Ah! Plus, my OH has now said "order something plain and simple". Don't get me wrong I'm not girly so flowery invites are out anyway but I wanted something with my colour scheme at least. Oh to have some inspiration or imagination (I have none so this wedding lark is very hard :rolleyes:).
Plus, on an unrelated note if my laptop doesn't start playing nicely I am going to throw it out of the window!!!! :mad:How long til pay day? :eek:

Oooohhhh Franny are you getting a dress/jacket/skirt made by the lovely L????
Hunny, we paid a £250 deposit, 40% of balance to be paid in Feb, then the remainder 30 days before our wedding day.
I'd rather pay it sooner than later actually, it means we can budget more for the other stuff which still needs the balances paid for (car, hair and make up lady, photographer, DJ etc...) xTank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
Sorry, but I just had to jump in here and offer you all VERY BEST WISHES for your weddings in October 2010. We will be celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary this October. You all seem so well organised, at this point back in 1980 (the year we got married) we weren't even engaged, that came in February and then we set the date in April so we only had 6 months to plan and organise it all.0

At the moment I am looking at my finances, I have already paid £300 for a dress and have allocted £100-£150 for alterations, so still a bit wobbly about money. The dress I have is stunning and I am still wondering whether something else is just because I have it in my head? confused!:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:0 -
