Thanks. Yep chel. It's an Ian Stuart. I couldn't resist. It was my selfish moment but all the bits I saved made it worth it. I wasn't even gonna have a bouquet but my mate who did my flowers made me one.
I know it feels like you got a ton to do but just keep chipping away. It will all come together. Xx

I cannot believe it's on Saturday :eek:

I finish work at 12pm today then that's it till the 1st November

So come on who's got what to do???

We're picking the suits up this afternoon - hmmm as we have purchased the shirts because they are ivory I wonder who will be ironing them all :think:

Hoping there is not much else to do! Seem to have exhausted my list - sure I have missed something though! I have 3 weeks? Printed my order of day off yesterday and realised there is another mistake - one of the times is 12 hr the others 24 hr! Not happy but not doing them again! Done them 4 times!

Please remind me what I have left!

it still doesn't feel quite real for me and its all done and dusted to an extent! lol. I think now that i have started to change my name its feeling a bit more like its real but its hard. We are still in the euphoric state of feeling like we are falling in love all over again which is nice. All my mates who said how different and stuff it felt haven't got kids of their own (yet - although a few are preggers now) so i don't know if that makes a difference although in a way, i didn't want it to feel different cos i love what we have and its what made me want to marry him in the first place. I guess there is a sense of 'completeness' which is rather understated but still there iyswim?

Missknixon - when putting music on cd, also do a replica on a usb stick just to have a back up. My dj fed thru a cmputer so usb worked best for us but that way, it covers all evantualities.

aww chel.. nearly there!!! so excited for you. you are good though doing so much yourself. I started with teh best intentions but delegated loads towards teh end. neighbours, friends, family etc. they all offered to help so i thought, why not? lol

oh, and re: placecards, my venue usually handwrite theirs but it wasn't quite the effect i was after so i got some clear stickers, printed off in a font that matched my theme and stuck them on. I was advised that stickers can look a bit naff but the clear ones really worked well and the ones i had left, i used to cover the bottles of bubbles with our names and date.

Even better if your office are feeling charitable and give you a few sheets..

He only works from CD! We asked that! He doesn't do mp3 - its bad quality or something! OH is in charge of that - he is on about doing 3 different copies! Leave him too it! Might stick it on my stop-and-go anyway! Then its attached to my keys!

Dropped the cake and favours off at the hotel today and the hotel receptionist was in love with the cake.:rotfl:

Can't believe our big day is tomorrow. It seems so surreal.

Going to have a bit of a stressful evening because one of my bridesmaids is travelling down from Kent and as soon as she gets here, we're heading to the dressmakers to have a fitting as she hasn't been able to get down since her first fitting.

Stressful, yet exciting.

that does sound exciting!! you will have a fab day i'm sure. our best man was in devon and we are in london so we had similar but it worked out fab in the end.
