hmmm well I'm sill very naughty and haven't joined either but october is a new month and I think I should start then, think I will also think of my targets too, then we can start together what do you think?? That way we can keep eachother motivated?

hmmmm I'm thinking now too, it's coming up with a realistic target that isn't going to be easy to reach but isn't going to be so hard you never reach it.

oooh think I might join the grocery challenge too, that can only help.....

Hi Missy! Not a lot. Went to the cinema to see 'surrogates' (DF's Bday treat/suprise to me! ) with bruce willis in it :drool:. I'm also a bit of a mega 'die-hard' fan!! ...I also ate LOTS more cake! And just generally relaxed. :A Hope you had a nice weekend?

That is definatly a good idea. Grocery challenge it is too. So come october we both need to have our targets!
