Sorry I write in short hand alot - not regular short hand just my own :)

A spy you say - moi?

No no no - I just live at the edge of the UK on a tiny remote island for no reason at all, not a fugitive or hiding me -- no no no

Definately NOT a spy - uerm - honest

Nothing to do with 15 flights out a day from here be in London in just over 2 hours to HQ - sorry I mean the shops :)

Translation of above is 'my other half is off the ferry boat later tonight and i am going to go and pick him up after I had my tea (fish and chips) and had a sneaky quick bath.'

    lol! :rotfl:

Have tried to find a spy in stripes pic but no luck so far

    Evening all,

Welcome back Gromit, hope you had a great time!

Failed on the AF front today, had 2 bottles of beer at the do after the funeral and bought 2 cans on the way home, which is an improvement on the usual 4-6 cans but I don't even fancy them but shall drink them anyway so obviously I have a problem there.

Off to catch up with Enders, Corrie and How Clean is Your House now :D

    xx

I know the drinking result is not what you'd hoped for but it less than you would've done in the past so I hope you can take some positive from that

  • Hi everybody :hello:

Wine bells were clanging earlier - I avoided the street I normally walk down in central Manchester on the way home from my wonderful new job because it is full of bars with tables outside and I could see as I walked past it that the tables were full of happy people celebrating Friday after work!!

I'm busy tomorrow so don't want to be affected by feeling groggy, so no wine for me tonight. I'll have some tomorrow night. There's no way I could drink during the week now, I'd never get up and out to work, and I wouldn't be able to function at work - it's hard enough without drinking the night before!!!

    So enforced AF-ness for me.

DD2 much better now - salmonella was diagnosed - think she got it from public places, then eating without washing hands. GP has finally prescribed antibiotics. So she should be back at school on Monday after 2 weeks off :T

Have a happy, healthy, moderate or AF weekend everybody
