So big hugs and take care (()) xxxxxxxxxxxx Oh and Lurky mate, your talents I see are never ending, though I am thinking that you will be hosting: "Our Day Out" in Lurkdom? ;) as everyone seems to be heading that way ................ Hugs and take care (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Of course! We can visit the Tower of Lurkdom, go on the Lurkdom Eye and end the day with a sing song - "Maybe its because I'm a Lurkdomer" :):D

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

10th AF day for me today!

I'm not doing too bad this month. I'm trying to focus on the hours between 5pm and 10pm as that is when I normally drink. I read a CBT book about cutting down on alcohol last summer but it has only really hit home with me I think.
