Hey BB, I have been quiet - away for a few days and i have to confess that I have been really bad on the AF frong.

Have drunk every night practically, a little bit too much and seem to be going backwards. We've had guests and I just can't handle that situation.

All is back to normal on Wednesday and I hope I can get it back under control.
Haven't caught up with the thread yet but will do so

Glad to see you Gien hunny, when drinking it is easier to go backwards than forwards if you see what I mean  December was like that for me, until I gave myself a very good talking to and said enough is enough. But I guess it all comes down to what frame of mind we are in at the time. We all go through different stages. I am sure that you will get back on track, it is easier when we have a routine to follow.

Having guests is always difficult, as you feel that you have to entertain them etc. Drinking of course is a big factor when you have to keep people entertained and hope that they are having a good time?

So welcome back, keep logging on here. It does help to focus the mind. Though I have had my quiet times too.

Together though we will all get there in the end.

Big hugs and take care (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Been keeping my head down as not doing too well - 12 non AF days in a row.:o Managed 2 days then the 3rd night just couldn't do it and that set me off again! Started again today. If I wasn't reading this thread It could have been months before I tried again so thanks for being there.

Lots of people doing really well. Hugs to those who are struggling
