Hi there everyone

Well it is 6 AF for me, I did not drink from last Monday, but did have a couple of glasses of wine last night

I am going to go for another 2 AF this week, but know that from Wednesday onwards it will be hopepless until mid next week as have some evenings out etc. and very busy social weekend.

I am really pleased with my achievement though, I cannot remember ever being AF on a Friday or Saturday Night. I went for a meal on Sat but just had tap water.

I would just like to say that I like reading everyone's posts and experiences and find these very thought provoking and helpful.

Yep - I have, feeling great but waiting for the effects tomorrow. Done my first training session of c25k, 17 more to go until the Sport Relief 3 miles on 21st of March. :eek:

C25K? That's what I did to train up for Comic relief two years ago!!! I never thought I'd do it, but I did Good luck, Marru!!

A whole congregation of friends and family members in slankets in the forest with us in special wedding slankets getting hitched? donning wellies?

I was initially thinking a Monsoon frock or something simple but chic in an elfen type manner for the blessed forest event - simple flowers in my hair, wellingtons hidden by the elegant frock.

But Slankets - seem so much more practical (aside the wellingtons I suppose), and the fact they might not go with simple flowers in the hair - nor be very easy to walk in, or keep a sensible face in.
