Well I am still keeping up with my AF challenge which is a good job really since I've been really skint of late.
Tbh I didn't even think about having a drink last night so that was good. Def wont be thinking about it tonight as we're off to the panto to see Robin Hood, I'm sooo excited cos John Barrowman is starring in it whoo-hoo.
Keep up the good work peeps.Karma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000 -

hi everyone
Again thanks for all the inspiration from everyone.
I was AF last night as well, it must be the first Friday in many years, I also had a really good sleep, so am going to try and carry on with it. Thats makes 5 for me now, its nearly a whole week so I am really pleased with myself.
Thought I would have caved in by now I gave up smoking in Oct but last couple of days have really fancied one. Is it one addiction to another.
bye for now and ((hugs))

and I imagine the last thing on this list would have been your life.
That's untreated alcoholism - it destroys everything.
There will be people who have been on this thread (maybe not currently posting) that are losing things already. It will only get worse for them unless they are willing to be helped.
This disease will take the lives of many people on this thread, and dramatically shorten the lifespan of others. It is a shocking, killer illness0 -
