What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning all!

HB - 3 for me please !!(gonna stay AF this month as very scared of what you'll do if I don't!!!:rotfl::eek:)

Fay - good to have you back!!!

DC - Good to hear you sounding positive!

Wierd evening last night - felt absolutely awful with this cold and then Piglet decided he was going to play me up. His Daddy put him on the naughty step several times. By the time he went to bed I was exhausted and only wanted my own bed! Still feeling grotty this morning but at least not so tired as me and Piglet slept till 8.15!!:o

Perhaps because I'm poorly, but finding it easier to resist the lure of the wine. Plus none in house which is good. Went to Sainsbugs yesterday for shopping and, with money I would normally have spent on a bottle of wine, I bought savings stamps for the savings cards they do. Started for christmas next year already....how organised is that!?!? I was trying in my confuddled head to work out why my shopping was so much cheaper than normal. Then it dawned on me........no wine in the trolley. Hence buying savings stamps instead. Durr.

First day of diet today - signed myself up on LouiseJ's thread (saw you've joined Shaggy - we'll have to keep each other going!!!). Put myself down for 28lbs loss ....for a start:o. So just forced myself to eat breakfast, as I don't normally. Piglet was most put out that I nicked one of his little boxes of cereal !:rotfl:

Have good days all....I'm going to get off me bum and do some housework:o

    Miss P
    xx

    2 for me HB please.

Yesterday was a day of firsts - in that served sherry at lunchtime to the older people in the home that I manage and didn't have one myself (usually do as reward for not managing to burn the dinner!) - this did raise a few comments which is a sobering thought indeed. Tried Sainlsbury's alcohol free red wine last night to be sociable with OH who was drinking the proper stuff - crikey - it's been a while since I've tasted such a disgusting brew as that! Will be taking the unopened bottle back to the said store and requesting a refund in true MSE style as was certainly NOT 100% satisfied with it

Lincs - welcome - good luck with your challenge
