Budgie is in such a good mood today :j I don't know why really but hey I am not knocking it I am looking at doing some volunteer work and I have found a phonelink care line which is manned 365 days a year, it provides a helpline for elderly and vulnerable people in our area. So I have sent them an email as I feel I could really contribute in a positive way. I have, if I say so myself a very good telephone manner.

So really I am taking steps to changing myself, as our Graeme advocates. You are so right Gc it is about changing yourself and by the end of 2010 I aim to be a better me and to look back and think hey this year has not been so bad after all.

I feel really positive on doing 365 af days, I nipped to Aldi after work, the wine isle is by the checkouts, I marched down it nochanatly (sp) with quite a swagger and said to myself I don't drink :cool:

Now ain't that a cool thing?

So lets bring it on ................. I AM FEELING THE FORCE

At last! I can declare 1 AF day today Honeybear thanks.
Managed to insist to myself (or the debating society as GC so aptly calls it) that there is no reason/excuse at all to have a drink today.
