Had a lovely Christmas, nice and relaxed. Drank far to much last night again (lager, guinness and vodka :eek:), I need to stay sober today or I think my liver will conk out....

Good Morning Everyone,

A Belated Merry Christmas to you all. Spent Christmas Day at my Mum's and ate too much.:rolleyes: as is expected though I guess.

Completed my 100 day challenge on Christmas Eve, and decided with my partners support to enjoy Christmas Day with some wine with my meal, and a few glasses in the evening.:rolleyes:

I must say, I did'nt particularly enjoy it, did'nt taste as good as it used too. I did'nt feel at all guilty though, and I have made sure that I only have two bottles in. One for Christmas day/boxing day, and the other for New Years Eve.

OH wont allow me to buy any more, so with his help I will only loose 3AF days this month, and then start my next challenge on Jan 1st.

So Marru, I wont make target this month, sorry. 24 AF days.

I'm having the family over today, told them I will drive, and they must bring their own wine etc if they want to drink!! Cheeky I know, but best:D

Sorry I've been off the radar for a bit, things just so hectic :rolleyes: I've not been particularly good with being AF but am still drinking less than before.

Hoping to have a few AF days this week but won't make my target by a long shot :mad:

Having relaxing boxing day and BF is cooking something that smells delicious for lunch and afterwards I am hoping to curl up with a new book and box of fudge. Bliss.

Just dashing in to tell you that I completed my second AF Christmas Day apart from one Baileys profiterole.....Once I realised what it was I didn't eat the rest......urggggggggggg:eek:
I never liked Baileys when I was drinking so certainly didnt like it yesterday.
I think I can forgive myself that though as it was an accident.;)

Ok....off to DD2s now for another xmas feast.

Been skiing in France - might as well have stayed here, lovely snow and blue sky here when we got back. Very disappointed with the accommodation, far too small, so I'll be complaining to the tour operator. So cramped that we had a huge family argument mid-week, which almost ruined Christmas. its wonderful to be back in our house, but the heating hasn't been coming on and it's freezing :eek:

Anyway, no more family hols for a long time now. Too stressful now the 3 DDs are all teenagers and DH acts like one :mad:

WOW IM thats brilliant !! Completed your 100 day challenge & now 2010 to look forward to.....you are a star honey.

Nice that you felt that you could enjoy the glass on Christmas Day..still one day at a time....but now you make the decisions on your drink & thats a big step in the right direction.
