Inspired by you I've been trying to do a bit of 'flying' every night and it's working well for keeping me active and away from the wine and also stopping a huge build up that needs tackled at the weekend.

I don't mind - Madame, Mistress, Miss or Fairy Angel Princess if you like - :rotfl: (the kids call me it when they want something ) but not Sargent I'd be rubbish at that stuff (although I am good at shouting and being very very strict).

OK will put you down for 20 - and I want all naughty knickers put away for October - everyone can keep out their 'silly ones' though.

I am just back from teaching my first ever class (well half teaching I am helping the proper teacher person out as his second in command!)

I survived and people will come back :T next week I get to talk about exciting things like soil, herbs and salads

Evening everyone,

Please add another AFD to my total YM.

I'm pleased to have got back on track right away after my slip the other day.

My OH and I have agreed that there cannot be a DROP of alcohol in the house at any time. We don't normally have any in, but a friend stayed for the weekend a couple of weeks ago, so we got in 2 bottles of red wine for her and she didn't drink one of them. So that was partly the reason I scoffed the wine the other day, as it was still sitting in the cupboard and I just opened it in a moment of weakness.

Fay = please put me down for 28/31 for October. I hope I will do better than my target, but I won't quite get to my target for Sept, so will give it a shot for October instead.

Off to bed now, very tired. Hugs to all.

Caz...it may have been a little blip the other day but it will make you stronger....sounds like it already has. Well done on no drink in the house....its a good rule to stick by.
