I dreamed of beer last night.

I when I was a couple of months into quitting the cigs I would dream that I'd look down and see a half smoked cig in my hands. I'd be really annoyed with myself because it felt as if I had wasted the previous xxx number of days of not smoking.

Happened with the beer last night. Dreamed I was in a restaurant, (I thinK) and was a number of pints of lager down the line. Quite well oiled. Suddenly realised that I was supposed to be AF for 100 days, and that I had failed.

Argh. Woke up in a bad mood.

Just popped in to say good afternoon to everyone.

I`m off for a bracing walk over the Derbyshire moors...only 3 miles or so but will blow the cobwebs away. Had to have a weeks rest from my walking as I overdid it last week by doing a steep walk/climb:eek::eek:

Day 24 of September...well done so far to everyone. Cutting down by even a glass a night is success....remember one 250ml glass a night is the equivilent to over 2 bottles a week....it all counts!

My personal challenge is unlimited AF-ness. I`m on 27 days since I started & just starting to see a little weight loss...only 3 lbs so far but it all adds up. I thought that as I am a very active soul that I would lose more but it has given me a little more incentive this morning.:j

hello everyone! just having a little break from work as it's kind of lunchtime. Oh the dreaming... i do that too. I keep dreaming I am on holiday and everyone else is drinking. I also dream I go to the bar to order fruit juice or lime and soda and the barman says, "why not have a cocktail as you are on all-inclusive?" And I say, "what do you mean I am on all-inclusive?!! I dont drink!!!!!" and I get quite cross at having been charged for something I'll never use!!

Afternoon all!

Well, Piglet is in nursery....bliss! So I'm in front of pooter with a cup of coffee before going and finding something productive to do!

Wasn't AF last night. Piglet was child from hell yesterday so OH bought me a bottle of wine in the evening. Only had half though so very good.

Fay - I want to take part in October but am finding it hard to keep track lately (think I'm getting early senility!!:rotfl:). Could you put me down for 20 but I will only update once a week or so? I'll keep track on my calender so I don't completely lose the plot!!:rotfl:

Anyways, I'm off to do something ....god knows what. Think a wander round Mr T's may be called for.

Just a quick one here as I am getting ready for guests this weekend. ANother AF night so I'm on 15 days YM please.

I'm feeling really, really tired at the moment, don't know why, hopefully not drinking too much will help with that.
