Hi GG, 8/12 for me - thanks for scoring this month!!

GP, thank you for not just popping in here and telling us how well you were doing even if you weren't. The honesty is appreciated.
Habbit, I'd like to wish you good luck and a virtual hug. This can be hard to tackle alone so hope you take some support from all the lovely peeps on here. (Not to self, must pop in when everyone is actually awake!
Maman, I'd just like to congratulate you on how far you've come this year, offering encouragement to everyone and doing so well - yay!!
Sorry for the big text, I can't find the button to make it go smaller now I'm editing.
Marru, please would you put me down for 10. Thanks for taking up the baton!
I have a few pages to catch up on...

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Sad I know, but I always associate that program with the run up to Christmas. I am focusing on that as I lost my dad just before Christmas last year, so I am already feeling a little sad.

    big_hug.gif:o It's tough, I know.

morning all and welcome to habbit. I can completely sympathise - I have lost count of the number of days where I didnt go to work after drinking too much the night before and spent the day in bed full of self-loathing. You have come to the right place - well done- you will find masses of support and encouragement and I hope you'll soon see a brighter future ahead. GG, have we totalled up the month? My last day of Nov was AF, so that makes an entire month (for the first time!) - 30 days for me please!
